Sylvia Bognar, L. Ac., MSOM is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. Her first acupuncture treatment in 2009 was a life changing experience which triggered her desire to learn more about her newly found passion.

David Foster is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in the treatment of neurological and autoimmune conditions. He earned his Master's degree from Pacific College in 2013, apprenticed for two years under Dr. Frank Butler, studying “Zheng Gui Tui Na” massage, then an additional year with Dr. Clayton Shiu, studying the “Xing Nao Kai Qiao” technique to treat cerebrovascular disorders. She was one of the first social worker’s in the state of Maryland to become an Auricular Detoxification Specialist. Her specialties are spiritual health, behavioral health, trauma, addictions, disabilities, stress management and pain management. Sheri considers herself to be a practitioner in life and has studied healing with indigenous and native peoples from around the globe for the past 20 years.
