Lisa Blake practices using both Chinese and Japanese style acupuncture as well as Chinese Herbs. She received her Masters of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture and is nationally Board certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Lisa is also certified in Auricular Acupuncture through the Auriculotherapy Certification Institute, Inc. Lisa studied Biology and Chemistry to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and also has a Master of Business Administration from Averett University.
Prior to attending acupuncture school Lisa worked for almost 20 years in the Federal Reserve System, and during that time realized that she wanted to spend her time working in a profession that could touch more people’s lives in a way that they could really appreciate. Then through her own health challenges she discovered acupuncture and the rest is history. Lisa’s health journey has given her great insight into how people can feel when there is a health challenge and can no longer do the things they love to do. She believes that the human body is truly amazing and has the innate intelligence to heal itself when it is gently brought into balance and given the proper nutrients and movement.

Vivianne Hipol Gantous DACM, RN, is an Integrative Eastern Medicine Practitioner who believes an individualized approach for each patient is the root to healing the whole person. Her practice is a mosaic of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bio-Energetics, Functional Medicine, and Western allopathic training. Choosing from the best of each of these modalities, a unique plan of care is created for every patient.
Her motivation to practice has always been a love of humans and healing herself from debilitating post-partum depletion after the birth of two out of her three children. She enjoys treating all members of the family unit especially women’s health as a mother’s vitality is the first mirror for her children. Karen is also an avid runner and cyclist and has found acupuncture to be an important tool for staying healthy, recovering quickly and resolving strains, sprains and other injuries.
