Margaret Reiland holds a Bachelors of Nutrition and a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine (Chicago, IL/Racine WI). She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Illinois. She has studied animal shiatsu in the United Kingdom, as well as studying with Diana Thompson, author of Acupuncture Point Charts for Horses. She graduated with a MA in oriental medicine and therapy from Southern California University. Mrs. Sparks has over 26 years experience in acupuncture and medical research. Mrs. Sparks also worked seven years at the University of Cincinnati College of medicine in cardiology research.
