Christine Kaiser is a registered Oriental Medicine practitioner in Ohio state practicing both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She has a special interest in treating pain conditions, stress, digestive problems, and women's health issues including menstrual disorders, infertility, menopause, and problems in pregnancy.

Dr. Alexander J. Hou, M.S., D.O.M., A.P., graduated with a Master of Science degree from Florida College of Integrative Medicine earning his Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture Physician designation in the state of Florida. He is a member of the Florida State Oriental Medical Association (FSOMA). As a 3rd Generation Acupuncturist, he has learned to appreciate both traditional medicine and Western medicine, which can enhance the treatment effectiveness in patients. Dr. Alex Hou specializes in pain control, sports medicine, and balancing treatments. He has also treated people with a wide spectrum of things from quitting smoking to paralysis of having a stroke.

I have been in practice for over 16 years. I am currently practicing in Saguaro Clinic and specialize in pain relief, working with Veterans on a variety of emotional and physical health issues, elder care, cancer treatment support and fertility support. I have 40 years of experience in herbal and nutritional supplement use, including extensive training in Chinese Herbs and Homeopathic remedies.

I combine a variety of acupuncture techniques with nutritional and lifestyle counseling to support your journey to health. I use a stress reduction tool called the BioscanSRT and a cold laser for a needle-free acupuncture experience.

I also use the Bioscan MSA device, a computerized analysis measuring frequencies from acupuncture meridians on the body. A flat probe is used on the fingers and toes to obtain these readings. Since the acupuncture meridians have pathways to organs alongside the nervous system, we can use this method to reach our goal: a balanced system that responds appropriately to stress and increased health.

A reading of 50 indicates that the organ/meridan is balanced. Readings above or below 50 indicate that a chronic or inflammatory process going on with the organ/meridian. Acupuncture, whole food nutrition, homeopathics, and herbal remedies are used to bring the body into balance once again. This is a comprehensive program for health which requires a commitment to making certain lifestyle changes and regular treatment.

A native of Peabody, MA, Elizabeth graduated from Mt. Ida College in 1986 and Lesley University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Art Therapy.

After several years working in public and private sectors, Elizabeth witnessed the positive impacts of acupuncture and decided to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She graduated from the oldest school in the United States, the New England School of Acupuncture and is an NCCAOM Diplomate licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
